We are publicly calling you out for an “IQ Challenge” this summer. We are not “leftists”, liberals, Democrats, radicals or “progressives.” Rather, we are pragmatists who are intelligently building a new party and new policies to solve the nation’s long-standing problems and to address wide dissatisfaction with the two parties.
The Montreal Cognitive Assessment exam, which you passed in 2018, is used to test for impairment associated with Alzheimer’s disease, stroke or early dementia. It is not an intelligence test and does not prove that one has the cognitive skills to successfully perform at a high level. We are not including Mr. Biden in this IQ Challenge because of his advanced age. We don’t believe that anyone who cannot be 100% mentally fit at all times should be President, but that is a choice for the Democratic Party to make. Provisions for Presidential succession are available if they become necessary.
As you have said yourself on many occasions, our nation is in trouble. Politics and legislating “as usual” will not work.
It is therefore essential, not just desirable, that leading candidates prove that they possess the intelligence to problem-solve, quickly assimilate new information, and comprehend and interpret all tasks and communications. The ability to prioritize objectives, create solutions and to communicate with others is vital if our nation is to endure.
Under the U.S. Constitution, the President, in addition to being Chief Executive, is Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy. He holds the prime responsibility for the conduct of United States foreign relations. These duties carry very broad powers, including the power to deploy American forces abroad and commit them to military operations.
Therefore, in the name of 2.8 million Active Duty Military, and all U.S. Citizens, WE CHALLENGE YOU to take a valid IQ test as follows:
THE IQ TEST CHALLENGE
Both the founder of the American Party®, Roger Cowles, and the Republican Party’s 2024 nominee for President, Donald J. Trump, are challenged to take the “full-score” WAIS-IV intelligence test, with all 10 subtests, before October 1, 2024.
Trump and Mr. Cowles may take this “full-score” WAIS-IV test at the office of any State-licensed psychologist in the United States. Taking a different test, or a mere subset of the full WAIS-IV test, will be considered invalid. The psychologist must hold a currently valid State license. This test may not be taken remotely.
The “full-score” WAIS-IV test must be completed in one session, typically lasting about 2 hours.
The psychology practices administering the WAIS-IV tests will communicate the scores to the participants and to an attorney who will make public the scores themselves while withholding the names of the psychology practices to preserve their anonymity.
Cowles has ACCEPTED this Challenge and will take the “full-score” WAIS-IV test in August, 2024.
Trump is challenged to publicly ACCEPT or REFUSE this IQ Test Challenge by August 15, 2024. If Mr. Trump does not respond, he will be deemed to have REFUSED this challenge.
If Mr. Trump does not respond, we reserve the right to publicize his refusal to all, starting with all members of the active Military.
This testing takes only 2 hours. There is no reason to refuse testing. Please respond to this IQ Challenge no later than Thursday, August 15, 2024. All testing must be completed by October 1, 2024.
